The sense of community is another highlight. While I haven’t met many neighbors yet, those I have encountered are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, The Marlette deserves more than a 5-star rating—this place is a perfect 10 in terms of staff, cleanliness, and overall living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

The amenities are amazing as well, they have a heated pool that runs year round as well as a hot tub. The dog park is great to meet new four legged friends. I’ve lived in quite a few communities and this one is by far the best and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great community to call home.

These are very high end apartments which allow you to feel free in your own space in central Carson City close to all parts of town! Beautiful interior and exterior, amazing amenities and very helpful staff! It feels like you are on vacation every day!

The apartments are beautiful - even little things like the soft close cabinets are a nice touch. The management team has been great, everyone we've talked to is genuinely helpful and always quick to answer questions or handle any concerns. Maintenance is on top of things too. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location works really well for us. Overall we're just really happy we ended up here. If you're apartment hunting, definitely worth checking out The Marlette!

My husband and I have lived at the Marlette for about 2 years and we love it here! The staff are so kind and helpful, there are lots of fun events going on, and the apartments themselves are very modern and beautiful-looking! I really appreciate the extra effort that the staff makes to make us feel at home here, it does not go unnoticed!
